Unclenching
There’s an article out that says the way people write in chatrooms (or “Netspeak”) is not as bad for language as everyone thinks.
I tend to resist it as much as possible for no real reason that I can think of other than to be anal. Not so much for the sake of analness, but just because I am rather anal. Although sometimes, I admit, Netspeak can be humorous and fun to use.
